Pro-Garante – Guarantee Society, S.A., is a 100% public capital financial institution, operating as a public limited company and supervised by the Bank of Cape Verde. Since its creation on June 15, 2018, under Decree-Law No. 32/2018, as part of Decree-Law No. 32/2018. Under the provisions of item 5 of Article 13 of the Statute of Public Manager approved by Decree-Law No. 06/2010, dated March 22, combined with the provisions of subparagraph b) item 2 of Article 14 of the Articles of Association of Pró-Garante, the composition of Pró-Garante’s Management Bodies was approved by unanimous decision on February 21, 2019.
