Project:

• Should be a new or even embryonic project that promotes a promising activity, linked to the development of an innovative business idea, or an investment initiative for innovation and expansion of existing activities that create additional jobs, or is organized and operates in a cooperative model;

• Should be a project that fits within one of the three pillars of the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Development (PEDS);

Company:

• Must be formally established (up to 2 years) according to the law, with at least 60% of the share capital owned by young people aged between 18 and 35 years, with a degree or professional training certification (levels 4 and/or 5);

Entrepreneur:

Entrepreneurs with an entrepreneurial profile who, for this purpose, formulate and present viable and disruptive projects, included in business activities in the following areas:

1. Green Economy, including organic farming, waste management, and sustainable energy;

2. Innovative health services;

3. Digital and technological solutions, including FinTech promoting access to credit and banking;

4. Tourism – travel agency and tour guide services, cultural services, recreation, and leisure;

5. Micro and small food industries;

6. Others with business potential, high scalability, and generation of sustainable jobs and income;

Joint or group applications can apply for program support, presented by two or more people (individuals or entities), who establish a contract between them aimed at improving joint business activity, provided that the application meets the following condition: the share capital of the applicant company must be at least 60% owned by young people who meet the requirements mentioned above.
